Join us! We are looking for an Assistant to help with daily operations of a top producing real estate team in Howard County. Responsibilities include supporting 10 realtors with their listings and contracts, tracking contract contingencies and keeping clients, agents, title companies and lenders informed throughout the process. Collaborate with the Team Manager and Client Services Coordinator to keep the agents on track and successful.

This position will assist the Team Manager (she is awesome) and several agents (who are also great people).

Hours:
40 hours per week

Team support, main functions:
Process contracts and listing agreements
Work with buyers, sellers, stagers, photographers and inspectors to set up staging, photography, inspections, walk throughs
Manage the contract from start to close
Track contingencies
Work with buyers and sellers to make appts for inspections, settlement

Back up support for other staff:
Create buyer and seller folders and customize as needed
Print and assemble custom listing packages
Create and print upgrades sheets
Consult with agents and create flyers for listings
Manage events
Flex hours to attend events
Other activities as needed

Out of the office:
Deliver flyers to listings
Pick up HOA or condo docs and deliver to buyer agents or other locations
Install riders
Install open house directional signs on Friday
Remove/pick up directional signs on Monday
Purchase and pick up supplies for events, deliver to events
Other activities as needed

Marketing
Help to build our “Facebook ideas” database
Develop ideas for “where am I?” photos/videos
Create content for our email newsletter
Brochures
Direct mail creation and implementation
Cross promote Facebook page on all communication
Maintain our online profiles including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and others
Events: coordinate, set up food, chairs, materials, attend, close/break down, vendor party, tax assessment info seminars, 4th of July party, pumpkins, breads, wines
Update and maintain blog
