“Dalia Bracy sold my house in Columbia, MD in August of 2021. She really understood the market and valuations and was spot-on with regards to how much my house would sell for and how much we should list at. She was careful in thinking through the strategy of preparing the home, timing of listing it on the market, selecting the buyer who had the highest certainty of close, and ensuring a stress free experience from preparation to settlement. During the preparation process, the painter I had used for a decade didn’t show. Obviously given the market, all the good and reasonably priced painters were booked. Dalia used her relationships with contractors to get a painter in ASAP between jobs and I was able to get my house painted in time at a reasonable price. She also managed the plumber, electrician etc. She contacted them, had them come out and was available to them when needed.
