Beth Viscarra is an experienced professional with over 25 years of involvement in the Howard County Community. For the past 18 years she has served in various capacities within the Howard County Public School System. She now volunteers for Making Change, a financial literacy group based in Howard County, teaching home ownership classes and guiding individuals with proper financial strategies in order to create a stronger economic foundation.
Beth has completed extensive training and has considerable experience in handling financially distressed property sales. She has assisted many sellers in successfully avoiding foreclosure. Her experience with these transactions reduces the risk and vulnerability to both the buyer and seller involved in distressed property sales.
Beth forms relationships with her clients that go far beyond the buying or selling transaction. She prides herself in educating her clients about the real estate market and guides them towards making informed decisions. The relationship she shares with her clients extends far beyond the life of the real estate transaction and in many instances transforms into a lifelong friendship.
“Whether buying or selling a home, I make it my business to provide you with exceptional service and care every step of the way. It is my goal to make sure your real estate experience is a positive one!”
